The NEWBY CUP Competition will take place on Sunday 11th August. It's a Doubles Competition open to all members regardless of age or experience.

This is one of the major competitions held at the Club and the winners will have their names on the main board in gold letters, so this is an incentive to join in!

The actual number of entrants will determine whether or not we have a Plate competition as this Cup is played through to the Final during the day.

We aim to start at 10:00am, have a break for lunch when appropriate and tea & coffee will be available, but please bring your own lunch.  Hopefully the bar will be open from midday onwards.

All members are welcome to enter our annual Women v Men match.
Linda and I will provide cake and fizz and hopefully the weather will be good.
There is a sheet to sign up for joining the teams in the Clubhouse.

The first phase of the snooker room refurbishment is now complete. Following the painting of the room, the new blinds and curtains have now been fitted and great care has been taken to ensure the character of our splendid facility has been maintained.
