Sunday 12th May 10.00am start

The Coe Cup is a one day singles knock out competition and those knocked out in the first round can enter the plate held on the same day so every one gets at least 2 games.
The first games will start at 10am and each game is the first to 21. This is a pegging competition (no straight bowling) and is held on both greens.
Bring your own lunch and the bar will be open.
If you want to enter either sign up on the list in the club or email Richard at: richardjpeterkin@gmail.com

Closing date: 10th May and the draw will take place on the 12th.

Pauline, Sheila and the bowling committee are holding a Strawberry Sunday Open Day at the club in aid of Cavendish Cancer Care.

There’ll be cream scones, cakes, tea, coffee and juice.  The bar will be open and our special NEBC Pimms will bring a touch of summer to the afternoon.  The event is open to non-members as well so invite your friends, relatives and neighbours.  We’ll be tempting visitors to have a go at bowling and it will be an opportunity to encourage interest in the club.

We hope you’ll be able to come and any donations of cakes, scones, strawberries, jam or cream would be very welcome (please let us know beforehand).
Look forward to seeing you then for a fun afternoon and hopefully some welcome sunshine.

Thank you to everyone taking part in Sunday's Vets Singles Competition.

It was a very pleasant day of friendly rivalry and the weather was reasonably kind to us with only a couple of short spells of rain.  Our green is looking and running really well thanks to our new Greenkeeper, Bill Smith.  Thank you also to Barbara for opening the bar for us.
Congratulations to our finalists.
